It’s often assumed that a group of high performing individuals will automatically make a high performing team, but it takes great skill and dedicated practice to learn to trust each other, handle conflict, and work well with differences. 

I have designed and facilitated over 60 engaging and purposeful team development programmes.

I’m a seasoned, accredited practitioner of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and the Team Management System (TMS) tool, and Strengthscope. I also frequently draw on Thomas Kilman Conflict Styles, FIRO-B, and The Five Dysfunctions Model, as well as tailored team assessment models I’ve designed myself. I’ve completed the Organisational Relationships Systems Coaching (ORSC) curriculum delivered by CRR Global and regularly partner with its faculty for specific executive team coaching assignments.
