I wouldn’t be without my own coach, who I’ve worked with regularly since 2006. For many of us, coaching is the key to wellbeing and optimum performance.
I’ve been coaching leaders and teams since I started my first leadership development company in 2005. Before that, I was head of leadership development for an 11,000 employee company, RSA Insurance, having thrived in a range of change and HR roles there over seven years.
Because every element of our lives affect our work performance and impact, there is no topic that’s off-limits in my work. My clients have a lot in common – they are all phenomenal, values-driven, impact-hungry leaders. But no two sessions are ever the same, and I’m comfortable with deep work on just about every imaginable topic.
These include financial services, law, consulting, pharma, energy and NGOs. I’ve coached leaders within The Allied Irish Bank, Aviva, RSA Insurance, QBE, Hiscox, Thomson Reuters, Freshfields, Clifford Chance, Linklaters, Reed Smith, Weightmans, Unilever, Pinnacle Pet Group, Marsh McClennan, HSBC, Bank of America, Interbrand, Oliver Wyman, Yorkshire Building Society and Save the Children.
